Description:  Garnets are best known for their rich, red color, as is shown in our spectacular first chakra jewel.  It is not easy to find high quality garnet beads, because the material is too valuable to waste drilling a hole in it.  I was thrilled when I had the chance to buy these.  The color and clarity are superb, but it is the trillion cut that makes this such a special gemstone.  While the stone is relatively small, it is thick and with a nice weight to it.  These garnets bring to mind the juicy red color of pomegranate seeds and bright red cranberries.
