Description: What a find! This untreated chrysocolla is absolutely wild - so much movement and character that each piece tells a vivid story of the earth. Chrysocolla is found near copper deposits, along with turquoise, malachite and azurite. In chrysocolla, combinations of these minerals are found mixed together. Deep green, brilliant peacock blue, intense turquoise, sparkling navy, and white quartz swirl together to create these stunning chrysocolla jewels. I am very excited to offer them in our chakra collection! Inclusions of druzy (micro sparkling crystals that look like sugar), as well as uneven surface areas sometimes occur in this material, only making it all the more interesting. We have added a luscious aqua apatite to complete this jewel. Please note that chrysocolla is both soft and fragile, so you will want to protect it from hair spray, perfumes and harsh chemicals. This is a large stone and looks fabulous on both the 16" or 18" length chains.
